STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS has released figures concerning the voting rights and shares of Vusion as of January 31, 2026. The share capital consists of 16,843,782 shares, of which 119,325 are treasury shares without voting rights. The theoretical voting rights total 16,843,782, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 16,724,457.
Vusion's articles of association include a notification clause for crossing ownership thresholds of 1% or any multiple thereof. Anyone reaching or exceeding these thresholds must inform the company within five trading days. This obligation also applies to crossing the threshold downwards.
