Vusion publishes details of its share buyback program
On July 20, 2026, Vusion (VU ticker symbol – FR0010282822) announced recent transactions involving its own shares. Between July 16 and 17, 2026, 7,718 shares were purchased. On July 16, 7,500 shares were acquired at an average price of €115.63, and on July 17, 218 shares were purchased at €114.20. The transactions took place on the XPAR market. These acquisitions are part of the share buyback program authorized at the Annual General Meeting of June 4, 2026, relating to the 15th resolution described in the 2025 Universal Registration Document. This program aims to support the liquidity of the share and the optimal management of Vusion's capital.
