VusionGroup and Eroski Collaborate for Digital Transformation in Spanish Retail

VusionGroup, a leader in digital solutions for commerce, has announced a partnership with Eroski, a major player in northern Spain's grocery market. The collaboration involves deploying VusionGroup's digital solutions across Eroski's hypermarkets and larger stores to enhance operations and customer communication.

With this rollout, Eroski aims to replace paper labeling with VusionGroup's smart Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs), leveraging the VusionCloud platform for improved price accuracy and promotional information. This transition is expected to streamline store operations, boost customer trust, and enhance overall experience.

Alberto Madariaga Perez from Eroski highlighted the anticipated efficiency gains and improved customer service. Meanwhile, Sébastien Fourcy of VusionGroup emphasized the partnership's role in expanding their presence in the Iberian market, setting a precedent for retail digitalization in the region.
