Vusion's Own Share Transactions: Aggregate Report
On March 16, 2026, Vusion, a global leader in digital solutions for physical retail, published a report on transactions involving its own shares. Between March 9 and 13, 2026, Vusion executed these transactions through an investment service provider, pursuant to the mandate announced on March 3. The transactions were conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.
During this period, a total of 12,247 shares were traded. These transactions are part of the share buyback program authorized at the Annual General Meeting of June 17, 2025. The weighted average share price was €109.7589, with the transactions taking place on the XPAR market.
