Vancouver-based Storm Exploration Inc. (TSXV:STRM) has confirmed a 4-to-1 share consolidation. This move will streamline its share structure, reducing the outstanding shares to approximately 20,666,222. The company's name and stock symbol "STRM" remain unchanged, while the new CUSIP is 86218J303.
Existing fractional shares post-consolidation will be rounded to the nearest whole share.
