STRATEC SE Announces Preliminary 2024 Results and 2025 Outlook
STRATEC SE has disclosed its preliminary business results for 2024, highlighting important changes in its accounting methods. These changes, made in collaboration with the newly appointed external auditor, pertain to how development cooperations are recognized within the financial statements. Though not significantly affecting 2024's sales and pre-tax earnings, the changes will positively adjust the EBIT margin by 0.2 percentage points.
The company's consolidated sales for 2024 are forecasted at €257.7 million with a 12.8% adjusted EBIT margin. Operating cash flow is anticipated at €47.2 million, meeting prior guidance. Looking ahead to 2025, STRATEC forecasts sales growth in the low to medium single-digit range and an adjusted EBIT margin between 10% and 12%.
Adding to these adjustments, the publication of STRATEC's 2024 Annual Report is postponed to mid-May 2025. The 2025 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for the end of June.
