Ströer SE & Co. KGaA Co-CEO Christian Schmalzl Declines Term Extension
Christian Schmalzl, Co-CEO of the general partner of Ströer SE & Co. KGaA, has announced that he will not seek reappointment after his current term ends in summer 2028. This decision is attributed to personal reasons connected to his life plans. This announcement was made to Supervisory Board Chairman Christoph Vilanek and Co-CEO Udo Müller.
In response, the Supervisory Board and the general partner have initiated a search and selection process for a new member of the Management Board. The process aims to ensure a seamless transition and maintain the leadership strength of the organization.
