Supreme Critical Metals Inc. Faces Filing Delays
Supreme Critical Metals Inc. has announced its third update regarding a delay in filing its annual financial documents. Initially, the company had planned to submit these documents by June 27, 2025, but the deadline was missed. This delay also impacted the submission of its interim financial reports for the period ending May 31, 2025.
The Board and management are actively working to resolve these issues. They aim to submit the interim documents within five business days after finalizing the annual filings. Supreme will continue to provide bi-weekly updates under the National Policy 12-203 until all necessary documents are submitted.
If the company fails to meet the new deadlines, Canadian securities authorities might enforce a cease trade order on its outstanding securities.
