SUSS MicroTec SE AGM Approves 50% Dividend Increase and Re-Elects Jan Smits
SUSS MicroTec SE held its Annual General Meeting on June 4, 2025, approving a significant dividend increase and the re-election of Jan Smits to the Supervisory Board. The company will distribute a €0.30 dividend per share for the financial year 2024, marking a 50% increase from the previous year, totaling €5.7 million. Shareholders also endorsed the continuation of Jan Smits' role on the Supervisory Board for another four years.
CEO Burkhardt Frick highlighted the company's strong performance in 2024 and discussed growth plans for 2025. He emphasized the development of new solutions and the opening of a new production site in Taiwan in late 2025. Shareholders also approved various other agenda items, including the discharge of the Management and Supervisory Boards and adjustments to board remuneration. The meeting saw 56.7% of the share capital represented.
