Swiss Prime Site's AGM Endorses Board Proposals and Plans
On 12 March 2026, Swiss Prime Site AG held its Annual General Meeting in Zug, where shareholders overwhelmingly approved all proposals put forth by the Board of Directors. The 2025 annual financial statements and a dividend distribution of CHF 3.50 per share were ratified. This includes an ordinary dividend of CHF 1.75 per share and a tax-free capital reserve distribution of CHF 1.75 per share, payable on 31 March 2026.
Additionally, the AGM endorsed the non-financial report and approved the compensation for the Board and Executive Board for 2026 in separate votes. The shareholders also re-elected all board members, including Chairman Ton Büchner, for another term. Members of the Nomination and Compensation Committee were also re-elected.
The next Ordinary General Meeting is anticipated on 11 March 2027.
