Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK Reports Solid Performance
The Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK has delivered a steady first half of 2026. The fund reported a return on investment of 2.56%, aided by acquisitions and efficient cost management. The fund's net yield on completed buildings increased, alongside an improved EBIT margin. Additionally, the loan-to-value ratio improved to 20.73% with an average financing cost of 1.11%.
A significant achievement was the completion of the fund's 17th capital increase, raising CHF 215 million. This oversubscribed issuance bolstered both portfolio growth and balance sheet structure. As a result, rental income increased by over 9% and seven properties were acquired, including residential assets in Lucerne and Ticino, achieving CHF 4.4 million in capital gains.
Looking ahead, the fund anticipates a further capital issue in the fourth quarter, aiming for continued growth and portfolio enhancement.
