Capital increase for the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK
Swiss Prime Site Solutions announces the 17th capital increase for the Akara Diversity PK fund. This real estate fund, intended for Swiss pension funds, surpassed the CHF 3 billion portfolio mark in 2025. The fund recorded a return of 4.45% and outperformed the KGAST Immo-Index mixed index by 8.49 points.
The subscription period runs from May 18 to June 12, 2026, with payment scheduled for June 26, 2026. A total of 184,879 new units are targeted at an issue price of CHF 1,162 per unit. The fundraising aims to support the strategic development of the portfolio, with exclusive projects already secured.
This increase will offer existing investors the opportunity to reinvest their dividends. Unused subscription rights will be made available to new qualified investors.
