Leadership Transition at Swiss Prime Site Solutions

Swiss Prime Site Solutions has announced a key leadership transition within its Investment Fund Commercial (SPSS IFC). Maximilian Hoffmann will pass the role of Chief Investment Officer to Rubina Holzner, effective January 1, 2027. This shift marks a new chapter for the fund, ensuring continuous management for investors and business partners.

Since 2021, Hoffmann has led the successful development of the SPSS IFC, building an extensive property portfolio worth over CHF 500 million. Under his stewardship, the fund saw successful capital increases and a listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Rubina Holzner, a seasoned real estate expert with Swiss Prime Site Solutions, will step into the CIO role. Currently responsible for the Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK, she brings significant transaction experience. Her expertise is expected to sustain the fund's current strategy and accelerate its growth.

Hoffmann's next endeavour will be Managing Director at Fundamenta Group Deutschland. His duties will focus on fortifying the integration and expansion of Swiss Prime Site Solutions' platform in Germany.
