Swiss Prime Site Solutions announces new capital increase

The Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (SPSS IFC), following satisfactory results for the year 2023/2024, plans a capital increase in March 2025. The subscription period, scheduled from March 10 to 21, aims to raise CHF 50 to 80 million. This capital will be used to expand the portfolio focused on light industry, aligned with the fund's strategy. Existing unitholders will retain their subscription rights, reinforced by pre-commitments.

The fund reported rental income growth of 9.7% and a yield of 5.7%, beating expectations. An improved dividend of CHF 4.90 per certificate and a historically low vacancy rate of 1.5% also mark this performance, with an outperformance of 8.1% compared to SWIIT. These indicators support the prospects of the capital increase to attract additional investments in a counter-cyclical environment.
