SYNERGY: Declaration of voting rights as of November 30, 2025

SYNERGIE has published its monthly regulated statement concerning the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of November 30, 2025. The press release, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and the articles of the AMF General Regulation, indicates a total of 24,362,000 shares.

The total number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 39,608,440. In addition, the voting rights, including shares without voting rights, reach 41,127,625. These figures include treasury shares held under liquidity contracts.
