TAG Immobilien AG Initiates Capital Increase and Convertible Bonds Issuance
TAG Immobilien AG has announced a strategic move to initiate a capital increase and issue convertible bonds due in 2031, amounting to approximately EUR 98 million. The decision, approved by the Supervisory Board, aims to bolster the company’s financial standing for future growth opportunities.
The capital increase entails issuing up to 12,478,291 new shares, representing 7.1% of the existing share capital. These shares are targeted exclusively at institutional investors with an expected trading commencement on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by 25 August 2025.
In parallel, TAG plans to issue new convertible bonds alongside previous bonds issued in March 2025. This will also be targeted at institutional investors outside the United States. The proceeds will be utilized for refinancing and general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of the Resi4Rent portfolio in Poland.
