TAKKT AG Announces Leadership Change in Supervisory Board
TAKKT AG, a leading omnichannel distributor in Europe and North America, has announced a leadership change. Stépan Breedveld is set to take over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. This follows Hubertus Mühlhäuser's decision to step down for personal reasons, as previously communicated in the Shareholders' Meeting.
The Management Board plans to seek Breedveld's court appointment, a move supported by Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH, the majority shareholder. Breedveld, with a robust background in B2B markets and transformation, is expected to guide TAKKT's strategic growth.
Breedveld expressed enthusiasm about supporting TAKKT's future growth, emphasizing operational excellence and strategic direction as keys to success. Until his formal election as Chairman, Stefan Räbsamen will perform the role's duties.
