TAKKT AG Appoints Timo Krutoff as New CFO

TAKKT AG has announced the appointment of Timo Krutoff as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 7, 2025. This appointment follows the decision of current CFO Lars Bolscho not to renew his contract, which concludes at the end of the year. Krutoff will assume the role after a brief handover period, marking a transition in TAKKT's financial leadership.

Krutoff brings extensive experience from his previous role as CFO at Deutz AG, where he managed finance, HR, and information services. His previous positions within the thyssenkrupp Group include roles as CFO of Presta Camshafts and Bilstein. His expertise in managing and transforming financial organizations is expected to be valuable for TAKKT.

Both Hubertus Mühlhäuser, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and TAKKT CEO Andreas Weishaar expressed confidence in Krutoff's ability to contribute positively to the company's growth and strategy. Krutoff is optimistic about enhancing TAKKT’s financial performance and supporting its forward-looking strategy.
