Taranis Resources to Drill Newly Identified Borr Zone at Thor Project

Taranis Resources Inc. has announced plans for upcoming exploration activities at its Thor project in 2026. The company has identified a series of conductive anomalies using airborne electromagnetic surveying, including the new Borr Zone, located immediately east and downslope of the Thor deposit. These anomalies suggest a continuation of mineralization beyond a lamprophyre dyke, prompting targeted drilling. The Borr Zone shows no historical workings or prior drilling, indicating potential for significant resource expansion.

The Thor project is situated within a 5-kilometer mineralized corridor, incorporating several historic mines. Recent 3D geological modeling highlights two parallel bands of electromagnetic conductors associated with the Silver Cup Anticline, linking surface prospects to deeper mineralization. Taranis's discovery underscored the importance of exploring beyond the known Thor deposit.
