Saudi Investment Boosts Kenya's Jabali Towers Project
Mabani Aljazeera Holding Group, a leading Saudi Arabian construction firm, has announced an investment in Kenya's Jabali Towers at Tatu City Special Economic Zone. This equity investment, through subsidiary Swan Properties, underscores confidence in East Africa’s potential and aims to enhance foreign direct investment in the region.
The 25- and 36-storey Jabali Towers, boasting extensive amenities and retail options, is a central part of Tatu City. The first tower has already achieved over 80% sales, and construction is led by China Road and Bridge Corporation.
Swan Properties will hold a near 50% stake, while Rendeavour remains the majority shareholder. Stephen Jennings, Rendeavour's CEO, emphasizes the project aligns with Tatu City's reputation for attracting foreign investments and its growing infrastructure.
Jabali Towers provides various apartment options priced from USD 78,200, set in a meticulously planned urban environment with educational and recreational facilities set to open.
