Tayninh Company: Transformation towards a Bitcoin and networking model
Tayninh's company, listed on Euronext Paris, has announced its plan to transform into "The Bitcoin Society" (TBSO). It will adopt a model combining Bitcoin treasury management and an economic network. This change aims to empower its members financially.
The project stems from a public takeover bid valuing the company at approximately €1 million. The main investors, including Eric Larchevêque, are responsible for governance and are focusing on club activities and educational resources.
Details of the plan include a fundraising round in 2026, the acquisition of Bitcoins and a transformation into a limited partnership after shareholder approval.
