TeamViewer Unveils New Solutions at Hannover Messe

At Hannover Messe, TeamViewer introduced advancements in Agentless Access and Assist AR, focusing on operational technology (OT) and IT convergence. These enhancements aim to improve industrial digital transformation by addressing challenges like downtime and security risks.

A secure access gateway, developed with Bechtle, was unveiled. This hardware supports plug-and-play deployment for remote access to industrial systems without requiring endpoint software installations. It also supports legacy systems, ensuring secure, seamless access while isolating them from direct internet contact.

Moreover, an AI-powered extension to Assist AR was announced. It uses augmented reality and AI to provide real-time support suggestions based on past resolutions, aimed at reducing operational downtime and costs.
