Techcombank Expands Talent Roadshow to Europe After U.S. Success

Techcombank, along with partners One Mount and Masterise Group, is expanding its Overseas Talent Roadshow 2025 to Europe after a successful launch in Los Angeles. The next event will take place in Paris from July 4 to 5. This initiative aims to attract Vietnamese professionals from diverse fields such as technology, data, and finance.

In Los Angeles, the roadshow engaged nearly 1,000 Vietnamese professionals, showcasing Techcombank's commitment to addressing the brain drain issue by inspiring global Vietnamese talent to contribute to the nation's growth. The event highlighted the bank's evolved role in shaping career paths beyond traditional banking.

Techcombank has initiated international talent campaigns since 2022 in key markets including Singapore, the UK, and Australia.
