Morgan Stanley crosses a threshold at TELEPERFORMANCE
On May 12, 2026, Morgan Stanley announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in TELEPERFORMANCE. This crossing was achieved indirectly through companies controlled by Morgan Stanley. The group now holds 3,165,632 shares, representing 5.29% of the share capital and 5.16% of the voting rights.
This acquisition was made off-market. Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and its subsidiaries acquired several contracts relating to TELEPERFORMANCE shares, including recall, put, and call options. The exercise periods for these contracts extend until 2027, with prices ranging from €40.00 to €82.78.
In parallel, Morgan Stanley also holds positions via "equity swaps" and "retail structured product" contracts, with maturities extending to 2031.
