Morgan Stanley crosses the 5% threshold in Teleperformance
On July 2, 2026, Morgan Stanley crossed the 5% threshold of Teleperformance's share capital, indirectly holding 5.05% of the share capital and 4.92% of the voting rights. This crossing was announced in a letter received on July 8, 2026. The increase resulted from the assimilation of shares through various specific contracts.
Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc holds shares through right-to-recall, put-option, and call-option contracts. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Prime Dealer Services Corp. also hold shares through similar contracts.
Cash-settled equity swap contracts allow Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Morgan Stanley Capital Services LLC to hold additional shares, exercisable until 2031.
