Teleperformance SE invites its shareholders to the Combined General Meeting scheduled for May 21, 2026. The meeting will be held at the Cloud Business Center in Paris. A preliminary notice, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on March 23, 2026.

The documents relating to the General Meeting will be available in accordance with applicable regulations. Shareholders may consult them on the Teleperformance website. The company waives the requirement to send them out, subject to prior consultation. In addition, the regulatory documents may be examined at the company's registered office.
