Teleperformance: Transactions on Own Shares from June 23 to 27, 2025
From June 23 to 27, 2025, Teleperformance SE completed a series of share acquisitions. These transactions are part of its share buyback program, authorized by the General Meeting of May 21, 2025. The main purpose of these buybacks is to cover the free performance share allocation plans.
During this period, a total of 224,072 shares were repurchased on the Euronext Paris market (code XPAR). Each day saw the acquisition of a significant volume of shares, with a daily weighted average price ranging from €75.1438 to €80.8696 per share.
