Temas Resources Acquires Full Ownership of ORF Technologies

Temas Resources Corp. has finalized the purchase of ORF Technologies Inc., acquiring the remaining 50% share and making ORF a wholly-owned subsidiary. This acquisition brings with it eleven patents, including the Temas Regenerative Chloride Leach (RCL) technology, which is designed for the eco-friendly processing of complex ores.

The RCL technology aims to improve the recovery of critical metals, including battery metals and rare earth elements. According to the company, this could result in over 65% cost reduction for TiO2 processing through optimized recovery and lower energy consumption. The technology's closed-loop design enhances its environmental performance by significantly reducing operating costs.

Temas plans to expand its IP portfolio and commercialize the RCL technology through international partnerships and licensing agreements. The company continues to explore opportunities in various regions, including Indonesia, Australia, and North America, targeting metals such as nickel, gold, and titanium.
