Temas Resources Shifts to Semi-Annual Financial Reporting

Vancouver-based Temas Resources Corp. has announced its decision to adopt semi-annual financial reporting, effective immediately. This comes as part of their participation in the Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 program, which permits eligible issuers traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange to shift from quarterly to semi-annual reports.

The change means that Temas will not be filing interim reports for the first and third quarters of 2026. However, the company will continue to provide audited annual financial statements by April 30 each year and semi-annual reports by August 30.

Temas confirmed it qualifies for this exemption as it meets criteria including annual revenues under $10 million and a clean disclosure record over the past year. The move aims to streamline reporting efforts while focusing on core business activities.
