InVivo Group is considering delisting TERACT
On January 15, 2026, InVivo Group and the founders of TERACT announced their intention to launch a public delisting offer followed by a mandatory delisting of TERACT shares. This plan aims to refocus TERACT on its core business, prioritizing a business model based primarily on franchising.
Founded in 2022, TERACT aimed to become a leader in sustainable consumption. However, this mission is no longer central to the company's strategies, leading to a reassessment of its shareholding structure.
InVivo already owns 92.90% of TERACT's share capital and is offering to buy the remaining shares at a price of €3.12 per share. An independent committee of experts will be appointed to evaluate the offer. The objective is to acquire all of TERACT's share capital to support its new strategic direction.
