TERACT's Mid-2025 Liquidity Agreement Report
On 30 June 2025, TERACT reported the status of its liquidity agreement with the Gilbert Dupont brokerage firm. As of that date, the liquidity account contained 119,151 shares and €105,139.61 in cash. During the first half of 2025, TERACT engaged in 1,036 buying transactions and 736 selling transactions. This resulted in the acquisition of 111,488 shares valued at €102,435.92 and the sale of 104,096 shares worth €95,455.85.
Compared to 31 December 2024, the account showed an increase from 111,759 shares and a cash balance of €112,119.52. Initially, the agreement began with a total of €500,000 in cash and no shares. The report reflected constant market activity by TERACT as part of its liquidity management strategy.
