The Texas Cardiac Arrhythmia Institute (TCAI) at St. David's Medical Center is set to host its eighth international symposium, EPLive 2026, focused on complex cardiac arrhythmias. Scheduled for May 28-29 in Austin, Texas, this biennial event gathers top cardiac electrophysiology experts for intensive, real-time learning. The two-day conference aims to enhance global understanding and treatment of irregular heart rhythms.
EPLive 2026 will feature live cases from TCAI and centers worldwide, highlighting advanced procedures and technologies. A key focus is the streamlined approach combining atrial fibrillation and left atrial appendage occlusion into a single procedure. This aims to improve patient care by reducing the need for multiple treatments.
Sessions will cover various cases and new technologies, enhancing knowledge in arrhythmia management. The TCAI hosts, including Dr. Andrea Natale and other prominent physicians, will guide discussions and presentations. Attendees can earn up to 14.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ hours.
