Thales Announces Availability of AGM Documents for May 2026
Thales has announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for May 12, 2026. Shareholders are invited to attend the Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting at the Châteauform’ City George V auditorium in Paris.
Société Générale Securities Services will send notices to registered shareholders automatically. Other shareholders can obtain the necessary documents through their financial intermediaries. Options for voting and obtaining admission cards or proxies are available online.
The documentation, in accordance with French Commercial Code articles, is accessible at Thales' headquarters and on their website. Full English translations of the draft resolutions and director biographies are also provided for English-speaking shareholders.
