Datametrex AI Limited has announced the cancellation of 12 million unvested restricted share units (RSUs). These were held by former employees, directors, and officers. This action is part of their 2023 omnibus incentive plan.
The company initially announced the grant of 22.1 million RSUs on January 29, 2024, and an additional 12.5 million on February 15, 2024. The vesting dates for these grants are set for January 29, 2025, and February 15, 2025, respectively.
Post-cancellation, a total of 22.6 million RSUs remain under the current plan. Datametrex emphasizes aligning its incentive strategies with its operational goals and ensuring eligible participants benefit from them.
