Datametrex AI Ltd. Renames to Quanta AI Inc. and Announces Management Changes
Datametrex AI Ltd. has announced a key change in its corporate identity. The company will now be known as Quanta AI Inc., with the new stock symbol "QNTA" on the TSX Venture exchange. Trading under the new name and ticker is expected to commence on or about September 14, 2026. Current shareholders need not take any action regarding the name change, and there will be no alteration to existing share certificates.
Additionally, the company has made significant changes to its management team. Michael Kron has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, succeeding Paul Haber. Kron brings over 25 years of experience in technology entrepreneurship. Bruce Lee has also been named Chief Financial Officer, taking over from Don Shim. Lee has extensive finance industry experience, particularly in enhancing financial visibility and efficiency.
