Dr. Dominik Benner, CEO of The Platform Group, highlighted that the move allows the company to focus on acquiring more significant assets, enhancing their operational margin. The recent portfolio changes have not affected the company’s financial forecasts for 2025 and 2026.
The Platform Group operates in 28 industries, providing platform solutions to B2B and B2C clients across Europe, with 19 locations and revenues reaching EUR 525 million in 2024.
