The Platform Group AG Plans Legal and Management Transformation
Düsseldorf, 30 May 2025 - The Platform Group AG, a leader in software platform solutions, has announced plans to transition into a partnership limited by shares (SE & Co. KGaA). This structural change aims to secure its long-term strategy, enhance international focus, and maintain a stable ownership with Benner Holding GmbH as the majority stakeholder.
The transformation supports TPG's expanding international presence and seeks to bolster decision-making. The company aims to establish individual national subsidiaries in key markets, including Southern Europe, the USA, China, and India, by 2025. A revamp in management includes creating new executive roles to support its strategic focus on AI and international growth.
The proposed changes will be voted on in August at the Annual General Meeting. The company assures shareholders that their shareholdings will remain unaffected by this legal form change.
