The Platform Group AG Surpasses 2024 Forecast, Sets Ambitious Goals for 2025

The Platform Group AG, based in Düsseldorf, has exceeded its financial targets for the year 2024, primarily due to strong organic growth, a rise in partner numbers, and the successful contribution of newly acquired firms. Preliminary figures indicate a 28% increase in gross merchandise volume (GMV), reaching EUR 903 million, surpassing their previous forecast of EUR 880 to EUR 900 million.

Revenue also saw impressive growth, rising by 20% to EUR 525 million, above the forecasted range of EUR 500 to EUR 520 million. The company's adjusted EBITDA reached EUR 33.2 million, exceeding expectations and marking a 47% increase. Net profit rose to EUR 35.5 million, resulting in earnings per share of EUR 1.7.

Looking ahead to 2025, the Board anticipates GMV to climb to at least EUR 1.2 billion, with revenue between EUR 590 and EUR 610 million, and adjusted EBITDA between EUR 40 and EUR 42 million. The full 2024 results will be published on May 9, 2025.
