The Vanguard Group Discloses Position in Greencore Group

The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its holding in Greencore Group plc as part of a public opening position. This disclosure is pursuant to Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code, which mandates declarations by persons with interests in relevant securities representing 1% or more. As of November 28, 2025, Vanguard reported owning 23,631,213 ordinary shares of Greencore, representing a 5.34% stake.

Alongside its position in Greencore Group, Vanguard also disclosed interests involving Bakkavor Group plc. There have been purchases of 2,922 shares at 2.40 GBP per unit.
