The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its position regarding JTC plc, in compliance with Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of November 13, 2025, Vanguard holds significant interests within JTC plc, owning 8,699,602 of JTC’s 1p ordinary shares, representing a 5.06% stake. This disclosure holds importance as it exceeds the 1% threshold set by the Code.
The report also confirms that no cash-settled derivatives or stock-settled derivatives are currently held or intended to be acquired by Vanguard in JTC. On November 14, 2025, Vanguard completed the sale of 1,516 ordinary shares at 12.94 GBP each.
