The Vanguard Group, Inc. has filed a Form 8.3 disclosing its position in Tate & Lyle plc as of June 26, 2026. According to the disclosure, Vanguard owns and controls 21,102,148 ordinary shares of Tate & Lyle, representing 4.74% of the company’s relevant securities. This filing is in accordance with Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code.
