The Work Project Launches Luxury Workspace at One Leadenhall

The Work Project (TWP), a luxury workspace provider under CapitaLand, has launched its first UK location at One Leadenhall, Central London, offering 30,000 sq ft of premium coworking space. Situated on levels 22 and 23, the workspace provides panoramic views of the city. The design, inspired by the historic Leadenhall Market, features abundant natural light.

The location is convenient for financial firms, with major institutions like Lloyd's of London nearby. The workspace offers standard and enterprise offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, and global access to TWP's international locations.

Since its January 2026 opening, the space has achieved 60% occupancy, primarily attracting businesses in insurance, banking, and technology. TWP plans to expand its UK presence to 400,000 sq ft by 2030.
