Theraclion Announces Changes in Board Leadership
Malakoff-based medical technology company, Theraclion, announces a significant evolution in its Board of Directors. Yann Duchesne has stepped down from his roles as Director and Chairman, positions he held since January 2022. The decision follows the company's General Meeting held on June 18, 2026.
Theraclion expresses gratitude to Mr. Duchesne for his contributions. In response, the company's shareholders approved a new Board consisting of Lijuan Deng, Claude Lenoir, Cédric Bellanger, Mehdi El Glaoui, and Vincent Gardès. Mr. Gardès recently served as an observer before joining the Board officially.
Claude Lenoir has been appointed as Interim Chairman, ensuring continued governance stability. CEO Martin Deterre highlighted Mr. Duchesne's significant influence on the company's strategic direction and is optimistic about Theraclion's future leadership.
