Tyler is designed to handle full diagnostic workflows, predicting failures before issues arise. Supported by THINKCAR's ThinkLLM, it boasts over 2.4 million users and 140+ AI patents. It aims to enhance, not replace, technician roles, as emphasized by THINKCAR executives.

THINKCAR also announced new products, including the THINKTOOL 394 AI and partnerships integrating Solera AutoData's comprehensive repair procedures. The conference highlighted the company's expansive reach with distributors and awards spanning four categories.
