Terms and conditions for the Tikehau Capital General Meeting
Tikehau Capital will hold its Combined General Meeting on April 30, 2026, in Paris. Shareholders are invited to attend from 3:00 p.m. at the Centre Étoile Saint-Honoré. The agenda and draft resolutions are available in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO) published on March 18, 2026.
The documents preparing for the meeting are available on the Tikehau Capital website. In accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, they can be consulted online or at the company's registered office for a period of 15 days prior to the meeting.
The notices of convocation will be published on April 10, 2026 in the BALO and the Lefigaro.fr newspaper.
