Tikehau Capital treasury share transactions
Tikehau Capital carried out several share buyback transactions between January 16 and 22, 2026. These transactions were conducted in accordance with Article 5 of European Regulation No. 596/2014 (MAR Regulation). The company acquired a total of 17,675 shares, at a weighted average price of €16.2124 per share.
The transactions were carried out on two markets: CEUX and XPAR. Daily trading volume varied, with a notable peak of 11,145 shares on January 22nd on the XPAR market. The lowest purchase price was observed on January 21st on the CEUX market at €15.8200, while the highest was €16.4772 on January 16th on XPAR.
