Tonies® Announces Leadership Changes to Drive Global Expansion

tonies SE, a leader in interactive audio for children, has announced significant leadership changes. Jan Middelhoff, the Chief Financial Officer, is stepping down for personal reasons and will be succeeded by Hansjörg Müller, a seasoned finance leader with international experience at Netflix, EA, and P&G. Müller will begin his role on September 1, 2025. This transition supports tonies' global growth plans.

Additionally, Christoph Frehsee, previously managing tonies USA, is now the company's first Chief Revenue Officer. Effective July 1, 2025, Frehsee will oversee global sales strategies, aiming to enhance revenue and market reach. His success in making North America tonies' largest market positions him well for his new role.

With these changes, tonies strengthens its management to foster international expansion, building on its 22% revenue growth in Q1 2025, where 60% of sales were from outside its home market.
