TFF Group Completes the Total Acquisition of Tonnellerie REMOND

On March 31, 2026, TFF Group finalized the acquisition of the remaining 45% stake in Tonnellerie REMOND, thus acquiring full ownership. This transaction was in accordance with the shareholders' agreement signed in 2022, which initially stipulated a takeover by March 2028 at the latest.

TFF Group, building on its expansion strategy, is strengthening its offering of French oak barrels, essential for aging wines. For the past four years, the partnership with REMOND has demonstrated significant synergies, particularly in sourcing and business development.

Although this acquisition does not directly impact the group's financial results, it ensures the long-term viability of REMOND's operations under new leadership. Former CEO Catherine Desbois-Mouchel is stepping down after 37 years at the helm of the company.
