Results of the TONNER DRONES general meeting

On June 19, 2025, Tonner Drones held its ordinary and extraordinary general meeting in Schiltigheim. Under the chairmanship of Mr. Diede van den Ouden, the event brought together twelve shareholders, present or represented by proxy, totaling 26.95% of the shares and voting rights.

The board of directors proposed several resolutions, all of which were adopted unanimously or by a large majority. Voting details will be published on the Tonner Drones website, in the section dedicated to general meetings.
