Through this transaction, Tonner Drones integrates the innovative "Drone-in-a-Box" technology under the Skeyetech brand, recognized for its efficiency in automated surveillance. The acquisition, completed on a debt-free basis, aligns with a non-dilutive growth strategy.

The transaction, financed by available cash, protects shareholder interests. With this new acquisition, Tonner Drones aims to capitalize on its existing R&D, estimated at nearly €50 million. This move reflects a desire for industrial synergies with Drone Volt, a key supporter of the project.
